By accessing weemenu.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WeeMenu provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform allowing restaurants to create, manage, and host digital QR-code menus.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
• Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan on time.

4. Refund Policy

In accordance with Paddle’s mandatory requirements, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our services. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content uploaded to your menu and for maintaining the security of your account.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
